Let’s Get Your New Client Account Set-Up
Our PetExec Owner’s Portal is where we manage all the important information about you and your dog. It is also where you can upload pictures, documents, and add/modify important information.
All Indy DTD owners will be required to complete the following
- ESign the Owner Liability & Release Form when prompted
- Download and Complete the Daycare and / or Boarding Application
- Provide your dog’s vaccination records
Step 1: Download and Complete the Daycare and Boarding Application
You will be asked to complete an application for each dog and upload the completed document to your Indy DTD PetExec Account.
Step 2: Collect Digital Copy of Your Dogs Vaccination
You will be asked to upload your dog’s application record to your Indy DTD PetExec Account.
Step 3: GREAT! You’re Ready to Create Your PetExec Owner’s Account
Simply click on the button below and follow the on-screen instructions to create your PetExec Owner’s account.
